The Supreme Court Says Your Tariff Money Is Yours.

IEEPA tariffs were ruled unconstitutional. If you paid them, you are owed a refund. You do not need your current broker's permission to claim it.

$497 reservation fee is fully credited toward your recovery. No risk.

Know Your Rights

You Own Your Refund Rights — Not Your Broker

Many importers assume their current customs broker controls the refund process. That is not true. U.S. law gives refund rights to the Importer of Record. You can hire any licensed broker to file your claim.

Refund Rights Are Yours

As the Importer of Record, refund rights belong to you by law. Your prior broker does not "own" any claim to your money.

Switch Brokers Anytime

You can authorize a new broker, file a protest through a different broker, hire trade counsel, or self-file. No permission needed from your prior broker.

Ask the Hard Question

"Is my broker proactively protecting my refund rights?" If the answer is unclear, you owe it to yourself to get a second opinion. Before the deadline passes.

Not sure if your broker is handling this?

We will review your entries at no additional cost if you reserve today. Your $497 is applied toward any recovery fee.

How It Works

From Reservation to Refund in 3 Steps

01

Reserve Your Spot ($497)

Pay a one-time reservation fee to secure your place. This fee is fully credited toward your recovery — you pay nothing extra if we succeed.

02

We Audit & File

We review every entry, verify liquidation status, assemble documentation, and file Post-Summary Corrections or CBP Protests on your behalf.

03

You Get Your Money Back

CBP returns overpaid duties directly to you. If needed, we escalate to the U.S. Court of International Trade. You keep the majority of every dollar recovered.

Time-Sensitive Deadline

Protest Deadlines Are Expiring Now

Protest deadlines expire 180 days after liquidation. Once the window closes, your refund rights may be permanently lost. Every day you wait could cost you money.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need my current broker's permission to claim my refund?
No. Refund rights belong to the Importer of Record, not the broker. You can authorize any licensed customs broker to file protests or post-summary corrections on your behalf. Your prior broker has no legal claim to your refund.
What is the $497 reservation fee for?
The $497 secures your spot in our review queue, covers the initial entry audit and eligibility report, and is fully credited toward your recovery fee if you proceed. If we determine your entries are not eligible, the fee is refunded in full.
What if my entries have already liquidated?
If your entries liquidated within the past 180 days, you can still file a protest (CBP Form 19). Any licensed broker, attorney, or the importer themselves can file this protest — the original broker is not required to participate.
What about unliquidated entries?
For unliquidated entries, a Post Summary Correction (PSC) can be filed. This may require transitioning broker authority, which we handle for you. We manage all the paperwork including Power of Attorney and ACE system access.
What documents do I need?
Ideally, you will have your CBP 7501 entry summaries, entry numbers, payment proof, and liquidation dates. If you do not have complete records, we can help you retrieve them as part of the process.
How much of my refund do I keep?
You keep the vast majority of your refund. Our recovery fee is a competitive percentage of the recovered amount, and your $497 reservation is credited toward it. Exact terms are provided in your eligibility report.
